Epworth’s Foundation welcomes individuals who are interested in serving through our Food Distribution Ministry.
There are several ways to help:
Thursday (prior to distribution):Volunteers assist with bagging flour, maseca, and other food items in preparation for Sunday.
Sunday beginning at 1:30 PM:Volunteers help pack boxes, prepare them for delivery, and serve as runners distributing boxes to vehicles in the parking lot starting at 3:30 PM.
Home Deliveries:Volunteers assist in delivering boxes to homebound individuals and families.
If you are interested in serving, please complete the form below by Thursday night of the Food Distribution weekend.
You will receive a text message assigning you to a service area. Volunteers must be willing to serve in any of the listed roles.Please respond to the text message by Saturday morning, or your volunteer slot may be given to another participant.
