Serving is a powerful way to share God’s love, support those in need, and strengthen our community. At Epworth UMC, we believe that serving others transforms lives—both for those we help and for ourselves. Whether through teaching, outreach, or ministry support, your time and talents can make a lasting impact. Join us in serving and be a light in the community!

All volunteers must participate in a training/orientation on Tuesday, March 24th at 7:15 pm, in a hybrid format. We are asking all youth and adult volunteer leads to come in-person to the fellowship hall for orientation if available for in person. SSL Hours will be given, but you must attend the orientation/training and serve on Saturday, March 28th, from 9 am to 3:30 pm to receive your hours. All volunteers are responsible for setting up and breaking down their stations.

Each week we feed 180+ food-insecure families in the Gaithersburg area. Volunteers are needed Thursday evenings, Saturday mornings, and Sunday afternoons.  Pick a time that works for you!
