​Position Overview:
The Bridges Program Manager oversees adult education programs including ESOL, Spanish, and Computer classes in a hybrid learning environment. This role focuses on program coordination, staff supervision, student engagement, and community collaboration to support a diverse adult learner population.

​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee ESOL, Spanish, and Computer class programs

  • Manage program schedules, curriculum, and policies

  • Supervise instructors and coordinate hiring, onboarding, and substitutes

  • Monitor student registration, attendance, and progress

  • Coordinate classroom spaces, hybrid learning tools, and materials

  • Manage program budget, supplies, and textbooks

  • Lead student registration and communication processes

  • Plan events such as end-of-year graduations

  • Ensure compliance with grant requirements (MCAEL) and reporting

  • Foster a welcoming and collaborative learning environment

  • Collaborate with church ministries and community programs

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in adult education programs (ESOL preferred)

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Experience with hybrid learning environments and technology

  • Ability to manage multiple programs and teams

OPEN POSITIONS

Bridges Program Manager (Part-Time)

Schedule:

  • Sundays: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM (+ up to 2 additional hours weekly)

  • Occasional special services (funerals, holidays, events)

  • Up to 13 Sundays off per year (must coordinate coverage)

Position Overview:

Responsible for managing and operating the church’s livestream, ensuring a high-quality online worship experience across multiple platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate livestream on platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Zoom)

  • Set up and maintain video and audio equipment

  • Monitor stream quality and troubleshoot issues

  • Coordinate with sound, projection, and worship teams

  • Record, upload, and manage digital content

  • Engage online audience (chat, announcements, welcome)

  • Support special services and additional recordings

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in livestreaming, media, or technology (preferred)

  • Familiarity with tools like Zoom, YouTube, Facebook Live, etc.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to lead and work with teams

The Ana A. Brito Foundation is seeking experienced intermediate to advanced-level ESOL instructors to teach adult learners in a hybrid format (in-person & Zoom). Our program serves a diverse community from over 20 countries, offering classes from Basic to Level 5 across three trimesters (Fall, Winter, Spring).

​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach engaging English lessons using the Ventures Curriculum.

  • Prepare lesson plans and activities tailored to student needs and goals.

  • Track and report student progress and attendance.

  • Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

  • Collaborate with staff and attend meetings and trainings.

​

Qualifications:

  • High English proficiency with relevant studies and/or experience in Adult ESOL.

  • Passion for teaching immigrant communities.

  • Proficiency with Zoom and hybrid teaching methods.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

About the Role:
The Ana A. Brito Foundation is seeking a caring and responsible Childcare Provider to care for children—primarily young children—while parents attend English and computer classes. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children from our diverse community.

​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before each session to prepare the classroom and welcome children.

  • Prepare and organize materials as needed for activities.

  • Keep accurate attendance records and ensure parents sign children in and out.

  • Register all new children as needed.

  • Communicate with parents if a child becomes ill or needs special attention.

  • Be aware of allergies and ensure snacks are appropriate for each child.

  • Complete and submit incident reports to the Director as needed.

  • Leave all rooms clean and in the same condition they were found (shared with Epworth Preschool).

  • Supervise children at all times until a parent or guardian picks them up.

​

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children, especially in group settings.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work with a diverse community.

  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

  • Must be dependable and punctual.
