EASTER FLOWER ORDER FORM

Easter is fast approaching and that means you have an opportunity to grace Epworth with special flowers of the season and dedicate them to loved ones. 6” Easter Lilies, and pink Begonias are available for $17 each. Please complete the information on the bottom of this card and place it in the offering plate along with your check payable to Epworth United Methodist Church marked “Easter Flowers.” You may also order online through Vanco, choosing flowers. In the memo please indicate Easter flowers and ensure you have listed your dedication in the memo or here on paper. Your flowers may be taken home after the last Worship Service on Easter Sunday, April 5.
